CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your scheduled appointment or you will be subject to a cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of 30% of the service rate. As per policy clients are allowed to reschedule up to three times, after the 3rd time your appointment will be rejected, you will be charged 30% of your service and your appointment will be canceled. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION: Please be sure to provide phone number for appointment confirmation. You will receive a text message asking you to confirm that you plan on attending your upcoming visit. You must confirm your appointment!!!!!! Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled. If the appointment remains unconfirmed 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, it is canceled and removed from our calendar.
